(The first thing I have to say is that this was a rush job from sketch to post, so I definitely don't consider this piece my best quality! But anywayyyy........)
So for my Shakespeare class I decided to do a character design for Viola from Twelfth Night, probably my favourite of the comedies. I WAS planning on doing more, but hey, look at the time ... And there's none left. So Viola in disguise as Cesario. Her costume is based on men's fashion from the late 1500's and the early 1600s (the play was written in 1601). |
